Headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania, Donjon Shipbuilding & Repair (DS&R) provides shipbuilding, dry-docking and related services to domestic and international customers. Part of Donjon Marine, DS&R combines decades of marine industry experience with solid technical capabilities, modern technology and the craftsmanship of its skilled workforce.

Located on 44 acres along Lake Erie, the shipyard features more than 200,000 square feet of production area, fully enclosed fabrication and assembly buildings, and 4,000 feet of pier space. Its 1,250-foot dry dock is one of only two on the Great Lakes capable of dry docking 1,000-foot Great Lakes self-unloading vessels, providing critical capacity for building, repairing, converting, dry docking and repowering vessels.

With the ability to support a wide range of vessel needs at its Erie facility, DS&R combines technical service and cost-effective performance with the broader experience and resources of Donjon Marine. This integrated approach allows the company to respond to the evolving needs of vessel owners and operators across the Great Lakes and broader maritime industry.
